Frequently asked questions
Do I have to be in the photos?
Yes, if you want to be and no if you don't. If you'd like stunning portraits of just your horse, that's perfectly fine! But if you decide on the day you feel comfortable in front of the camera we can always add you in.
What happens if it rains?
Unfortunately we cannot rely on the famous British weather. I always do a weather check in the run up to your photoshoot and if we feel like the weather will effect the look of your photos then we reschedule.
Can I have multiple horses?
Of course! I don't charge for extra horses, dogs, or family members. It's always more fun with more... legs! Just let me know how many family members I can expect so we can plan timings accordingly, but this will be discussed on booking.

Can I bring an outfit change?
Yes! I always advise preparing your desired look in the weeks before your photoshoot. If you have multiple looks for you or your horse you can change during the photoshoot. Just bear in mind your chosen location and the logistics of where you will change, who will hold your horse and carry your outfit. This is where an extra pair of hands comes handy!

When will I receive my photographs?
After your photoshoot I go thorough you images, removing any bloopers and edit them for you to view. I aim to get your photos to you as soon as possible, however please allow 4 weeks to view digital copies. Depending on your package you can then pick your images, order more and choose products.
Can I order more prints?
Absolutely! When your photos are ready to view I will send you information of other products you can order. Wanting something else, just ask!
Do you do a payment plan?
The 25% non-refundable booking fee is payable to secure your chosen date with the balance of the photoshoot fee due 30 days before.
